Our customers operate in different market segments from retail, healthcare, and hospitality to distribution & logistics.About the role – Projects AdministratorThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling any new equipment orders from sale to installation & commissioning.Reporting to the NZ Country Leader/ National Sales & Specifications Manager, the role is responsible for:Assisting the project management team with admin and processesEducating subcontractors with the use of the IFS AppTracking expenses and working on budget forecastsAssessing project risksLogging projects and invoicing in IFSProcessing PO's for subcontractors and required materialsSkills & ExperienceA minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role or associated degreeExperience in the service or building/construction industryTechnical understanding including product knowledgeIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; IFS is an advantageAAES is an equal-opportunity employer.
