We are looking for a coordinator role based in our Invercargill office coordinating services, rosters, supporting care staff across Otago & Southland 20th August, 2024 Service Coordinator - Invercargill  Our Service Coordinator - Invercargill  Our  Service or Care Coordinator  role is pivotal for the delivery of supports and services for our kiritaki/clients and care staff.
As an organisation, we support people throughout New Zealand who are recovering form illness, injury, living with disability and/or needing support or care in their homes.
We recruit support workers and nurses to provides these cares and they are brilliantly supported by our office based  coordination team.
This particular role is based in our Invercargill office, Monday to Friday as part of our centralised team covering the Southland/Otago and then the wider services across the South Island.
Day to day you will be: reviewing referrals about clients from the hospitals/ ACC providers taking calls from people wanting some help at home loading data and details into our swish database system organising rosters, matching support staff with clients based on their needs/skills updating clients and staff about rosters and services responding to changes following up and checking in on how cares are going supporting the wider organisation in being part of a positive, meaningful, professional healthcare service provider and being an amazing team member that cares about what we do, who we are and your colleagues!

This is a fast-paced environment that requires you to be able to respond to shift requests professionally, promptly and accurately which involves juggling emails and incoming and outgoing calls, multitasking is key!
Although it can be busy, it's a very rewarding role supporting the health, wellbeing and joy of others!
Whilst there are other team members in the office, you may at times be working on your own and so have to be comfortable with that too.
To be considered you will need to: come with awesome spoken and written English be comfortable with computers, databases, email, data entry homecare / healthcare and/or service coordination experience have attention to detail be a decent person, who cares about the wellbeing of others Having healthcare knowledge, roster/service coordination experience is a huge plus (but we can teach that).Apply For Job#J-18808-Ljbffr
