Service Coordinator - Invercargill
Reporting to the Manager, the Service or Care Coordinator role is pivotal role for The Florence Nightingale Agency Limited and our clients. As an organisation, we support people throughout New Zealand who are recovering form illness, injury, living with disability and/or needing support or care in their homes. We recruit support workers and nurses to provides these cares and they are brilliantly supported by our office based coordination team.
This particular role is based in our Invercargill office, Monday to Friday as part of our centralised team covering Southland/Otago and then the wider services across the South Island.
Day to day you will be:
reviewing referrals about clients from the hospitals/ ACC providerstaking calls from people wanting some help at homeloading data and details into our swish database systemorganising rosters, matching support staff with clients based on their needs/skillsupdating clients and staff about rosters and servicesresponding to changesfollowing up and checking in on how cares are goingsupporting the wider organisation in being part of a positive, meaningful, professional healthcare service provider andbeing an amazing team member that cares about what we do, who we are and your colleagues! 28th March, 2024 Service Coordinator - Invercargill
