This full-time role is based in Pukekohe however there may be the occasional time where we may need you to be available to help out in other operations.
A typical day will include: • Processing customer orders and inquiries - checking accuracy and fixing up any anomalies • Loader and forklift operation including maintenance • Fixed plant operation • Ensuring the site operates safely with regular maintenance checks • Interacting with customers and colleagues and having a laugh!
About You: You're not afraid of hard work and you get energy from getting stuck in and helping out where needed.
Your colleagues would describe you as reliable, honest and a keen learner and you also have: • Good communication skills with the ability to relate well to others • At least one year of relevant work experience • Some computer skills are required with training provided for our in-house systems • A valid full class 1 license as training can be provided for forklift and loader operations.
• A proactive attitude to health, safety and environmental management - we care about each other and we get home safe every day • The ability to work at other Ballance sites from time to time with a minimum working week of 40 hours.
