The Role As the Service Ambassador in our Auckland Boutique, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience, building The Hour Glass brand one customer at a time and driving our company goals with your every action. Please note, this is not a sales role and is most suited to those passionate about enhancing client experiencing and providing world class customer service. We are looking for a mature-minded person who possess the following qualities: Daily Responsibilities: Providing warm reception to visitorsMaintaining high dress and personal grooming standardsDirecting customers to respective Sales ConsultantAssisting in maintaining the highest standards of merchandising, product displays and store presentations according to visual merchandising requirements by The Hour GlassEnsure adherence to all company practices and procedures regarding the receipt, transfer, package and shipment of merchandiseOther Ad Hoc duties as requested by your Supervisors and Managers.Skills and Requirements The successful applicant will have experience including but not exclusive to: Capable of working independently with minimum supervisionImmaculate presentation and exceptional communicationAbility to multitask and carry out daily responsibilities according to their priorityStrong interpersonal skills to effectively work within a team environmentAbility to work a rotating roster, with availability across weekends and Friday late nights.Experience working in a customer facing role such as hospitality or retail.In return, you will be offered a competitive remuneration, an extremely convenient central CBD working location, and a place in a team currently in a pivotal period or growth.
