About the Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this is your opportunity to be part of building a successful and vibrant after-sales service workshop.
You'll be part of a dynamic team of experts working with three of New Zealand's leading truck brands along LCVs.
As the crucial link between customers, the service team, and the parts department, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage customer service repair orders, ensuring clarity on customer-reported issues.Monitor progress through the service department and provide timely updates to customers.Document warranties and maintain accurate records.Prepare invoices and efficiently close completed repair orders.Communicate transparently with customers about completion times and follow up as required.Exceed customer expectations at every stage of the service process.Provide support across departments and assist the Workshop Manager in resolving customer concerns.About You: Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role, or mechanical expertise highly regarded.Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Knowledge of automotive vehicles and/or parts.Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in-person).Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment.Highly organized with a proactive approach.Hold or open to gaining your class 2 licence.About the Company:
