Join us as we embark on this exciting journey and be a key player in shaping our service department from the ground up. The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer that walks in through our doors. As part of this role, you will be: Accurately booking service and repair appointments. Quotations, costing and invoice completion. Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair.
