Our branch is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Advisor to join our diverse Workshop Service Team. Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy diesel or automotive service sector, along with a clean driver's license, is essential for this position.
Your new role as a Service Advisor:
Manage customer interactions, whether in person at reception, over the phone, or through email communications.Ensure support across workshop systems and processes to ensure the Workshop Service team provides world-class customer service.Process job cards and generate invoices.Champion Health & Safety practices.This role is suitable for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor proficient in organization, planning, communication, and problem-solving.
