As a Service Receptionist, you are one of the main points of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service and repair needs and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
This is a busy role and you will be working with a supportive team who backs each other up to ensure every customer who walks into the dealership receives the best customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing an exceptional customer experience
Managing incoming bookings for service, repairs or WOF
Maintaining & managing service reminders and following up with customers by phone and email
Managing accurate invoicing and admin associated with the service department
Supporting our service team
Processing warranty claims accurately & promptly
