About the Role We are looking for an experienced and confident administrator to support two Service Managers and their teams on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a role that will provide the opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding coordination skills, allow you to work autonomously and also be able to use your initiative. This is a demanding role encompassing a large range of administration tasks and interfacing with a large multidisciplinary team.
Day to day responsibilities include managing diaries and service calendars, timesheets, booking meetings and travel, taking minutes, booking meeting rooms, organising agendas, raising purchase orders, keeping records and basic reporting, supporting managers, medical, nursing and allied health teams, plus general administration. No matter the task, it is imperative that deadlines are not only met, but strived to be beaten.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration. It is essential that you are a team player with excellent communication skills who understands the need for attention to detail. You must be comfortable interacting with a variety of people at all levels and attending to issues that arise – often at the same time!
You will need excellent time management skills and be comfortable prioritising deadlines to succeed in this role. You will be self-motivated with an ability to initiate and anticipate change, along with flexibility in your thinking.
