Aquaheat Facility Services Limited, based in Christchurch, is recruiting for a fixed-term Service Administrator/Coordinator to cover parental leave for a period of 12-15 months ending approximately on 31 January 2026.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities for the role include:
Coordinate customer service calls/requests, planned preventative maintenance programs and quoted worksBe a central point for receiving and responding to telephone calls, email requests and correspondence related to the provision of servicesCarry out invoicing of all maintenance routines, reactive calls and quoted works, and provide assistance with accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchase orders.Provide administration support in the utilisation of our ERP systemsPerform general administration functionsWork under high pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.Contribute to a professional, positive, friendly and supportive environmentTo be successful, a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification or 3 to 5 years' experience in a service operationPrior experience within a trade service or facilities management environment of service technicians in the fieldComputerised Maintenance Management System knowledge is required with experience in Pronto being an advantageStrong administration and accurate data entry experienceCustomer service skills with effective communication and problem-solving skillsPlanning ability - Ability to prioritise workloadWe are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, is a quick learner, has a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service and is highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude.
