Join our team in Whistler.
Start Date: Spring - Summer 2024 Starting Wage: $24-28 / hour including tips Part-Time for Spring, moving to Full-Time for Summer.
In this role: Work at Hunter Gather Eatery and Taphouse to ensure clients get the best food and service.
Specific Tasks Include: Participate in the correct appearance of each service.
Set-up and tidy up at the beginning and end of each service.
Refill items like plates, cutlery, glassware, and food products.
Clear tables during shift.
Maintain cleanliness standards.
Deliver food and beverage for table service.
Keep restaurant service area and coffee area clean and organized.
Assist with transport, production, and display of products.
Service: Greet and serve guests in a timely, friendly manner.
Prepare and deliver food and beverage items.
Follow the Serving it Right service steps.
Work as a bartender when required.
Handle cash and credit transactions.
Answer guests' questions and resolve complaints.
You will need to: Have a thorough knowledge of the menu items.
Be able to carry tray of glassware and clear up to four 12" dinner plates and cutlery.
Have your Serving It Right Certificate.
Hold a valid work permit or be a Canadian Citizen.
Bonus points for having your Cicerone Certificate.
