How you'll make an impact Manage and execute best in class customer focused marketing content that supports Xero's SEO and discovery strategy. Our marketing content strategy is designed to help accelerate our customers' confidence in choosing and using Xero.
Evolve our content delivery with strong project management and high velocity production. Collaborate across the business to bring content to life, streamline processes and measure impact to ensure continuous improvement.
What you'll do Support Xero's SEO strategy with high impact content Own the delivery of discovery content, such as technical guides and third party blogs Organise and align internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure clear ownership, accountability and on-time delivery Enable lifetime care for content produced Manage budgets and external resources Leverage technology (including AI services), tools and data build a smart, scalable and fast content strategy across Xero teams Work closely with key stakeholders to define and track what success looks like for all content campaigns.
