The whanau we serve come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. You will create a safe environment for people to explore options and determine what's most important to them. You will empower whanau to take the lead in developing and achieving their goals.You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for our people. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support when needed. You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
