Description
We're looking for a Senior Works Supervisor to join our dedicated, fun, and friendly Planting Operations Team. This permanent, full-time role can be based in either central Wellington or Upper Hutt.
About the role:
As the Senior Works Supervisor, you will schedule and coordinate the timely delivery of our planting work programmes as requested by project planners and advisors.
You will be responsible for engaging, supervising and managing contractors, along with undertaking field-based activities and managing the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and contractors.
Skills and experience required:
Excellent organisational and logistical skills to prioritise duties and contract schedules. You'll be a good problem solver who is flexible and adaptable.
Strong team focus with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to use and train staff in new technology.
Effective relationship building across cross-functional teams.
A full and current driver licence and NZQA unit standards in 4WD, ATV, and LUV driving.

The salary range for this position, inclusive of all benefits, is $73,893 to $110,839, with a midpoint of $92,366. Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
