Position Summary: As an Inwards Goods Receipting / Warehouse Admin, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that trucks and containers are unloaded and processed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include organizing resources, accurately receipting incoming stock, and coordinating MPI audits. This position is primarily admin-based (90%), with 10% dedicated to operating a forklift.

Licensing: Current Fork Hoist license. Skills: Experience in loading and unloading trucks, with strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Reliability: A dependable individual who values punctuality and consistent performance. Physical Capability: Ability to handle manual tasks and operate equipment effectively. Health & Safety Focus: Strong understanding and compliance with health and safety protocols. Main Responsibilities: Ensure LCL trucks are unloaded in a timely manner. Verify that incoming stock matches ASN documentation. Receipt all items on ASNs and scan them to pallet IDs. Organize the devanning crew as needed and schedule priorities for container processing. Manage the de-hiring of empty containers before detention deadlines. Coordinate MPI audits as required and order Chep pallets when needed. Ready to Join Us? Apply Now!
