As innovators, we constantly challenge ourselves to redefine boundaries and adapt to the ever-changing marketplace.Come be your authentic self at Sky, where we actively listen and adapt to create shared experiences that excite both our customers and our crew.As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll spearhead designing seamless e-commerce and self-service experiences for Sky that elevate our suite of digital products and services, ensuring they are user-friendly and engaging.Your role is more than just a position — it's an invitation to weave innovation into every click and tap, crafting digital journeys that captivate and inspire… and we're working on some incredibly cool products in the pipeline that will pique your interest!So if you are passionate about creating a seamless customer journey and crafting digital experiences that wow users, hit the APPLY button below!Key responsibilities will include:Leading the design of digital user experiences and customer journeys, creating process flows, site maps, wireframes, and UI.Collaborating with and mentoring designers, product, and engineering teams to develop user-centric UX and UI solutions while ensuring adherence to design systems and best practices.Producing high-fidelity, pixel-perfect artifacts for Engineering.Collaborative handovers to Engineering of designs, style guides, specifications, and other assets, to engineers, ensuring implementation matches the original design.Staying updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and keeping abreast of competitor products and industry trends.Designing and leading user testing sessions, leveraging analytics and user insights to guide the design process, and evolving and maintaining design systems and guidelines.ESSENTIAL5+ years' experience working in a UX/UI design role.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.Familiarity with JIRA for reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, and design reviews.Legal right to work in NZ.If this opportunity excites you and you want to join us in sharing stories, possibilities, and joy, apply online today.
