You'll be responsible for the discovery, ideation, design, and validation of UX design at Fisher & Paykel Appliances. This crucial role creates, refines, and improves the Premium User Experience across all our digital touch points.About the role:This highly collaborative role will play an integral part in helping to further evolve and shape our UX processes, design system and experience design framework for F&P's digital channels and digital product interfaces. This role will see you tasked with leading the UX design engagement throughout the entire project lifecycle, with a focus on consistency and premium digital experiences across our channels to support the digital strategy, business objectives, customer needs and to differentiate us in the market.Deliver effective, integrated, and frictionless digital experience solutions that support the promises across all our brands.Represent and advocate the interests of the customers and F&P's premium brand position.That's the role, so who are you?Your greatest assets are your passion for digital design and UI, you have a "can-do" attitude, and you love creative problem-solving (Design Thinking). You are a great workshop facilitator, self-organised, always put the users first, and challenge the status quo. You dare to fail and learn from it.You have 5+ years experience working as a UX Designer in a digital delivery environment. You have experience working in a large-scale organisation (ideally with a global lens). You possess strong commercial acumen and have the communication and influencing skills to manage and lead a wide variety of stakeholders to drive alignment and operational excellence.On the technical side, proven experience and delivery of UI design for web and touch-based experiences (e.g., Apps, Tablets, Kiosks) that have resulted in customer and commercial success/gains is essential.You will be someone confident working closely with developers and navigating an Agile environment and various design applications (wireframing, prototyping etc.) with a strong proficiency in Figma.What we offerOur environment is designed to allow people to thrive.
