Morningside AI is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time in Auckland, New Zealand.

Our focus lies in pioneering state-of-the-art artificial intelligence solutions and empowering agency owners and small businesses with the knowledge to seamlessly incorporate AI into their operations.
Responsibilities: Design all materials for the rebrand and expansion of Agentive, our AI Agent SaaS.
Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Present design work and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Design engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including website banners, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral for all Morningside products.
Work with our product and data teams to craft exceptional user experiences which you will then translate into designs for our engineers.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and adhere to brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Conduct thorough analysis of user needs and business objectives to identify pain points.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design (UI/UX/Digital Design) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the digital industry, particularly in B2B/SaaS.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative ability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
