Senior Ux Designer (Senior Design Specialist)

We are searching for a Senior UX Designer to create useful, functional, and impactful digital experiences. You'll tackle interaction design challenges, and work on new ideas that will transform how people experience our product, crafting digital experiences for a global audience. As a Senior UX Designer, you will: Iteratively design user-flows and features, from the big picture to UI layout specifics - from sketches and prototypes, to high-fidelity interface design.Partner with our team of design specialists and researchers, integrating digital product into end-to-end customer experiences.Create through collaboration, UX best-practice, and storytelling.Drive the evolution of digital product design across product releases and platforms.Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features are shipped with high-quality.Contribute to our design system, influencing and improving future digital product quality.Key skills and experience required: Strong UX/UI design skills in interaction design across web and app products.Experience in crafting digital design that is functional and intuitive as well as aesthetically pleasing.Strong proficiency with design tools; we use Figma and Miro. Experience in achieving accessibility and usability best-practices.Solid problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to strongly articulate your design work to your squad and stakeholders.A high-standard of presentation skills that can help influence outcomes.
