The Hired Guns are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to impact and elevate UX design at one of the most trusted and respected banks in the nation.
The Nitty Gritty As Senior UX Designer for a renowned bank, you'll disrupt and evolve this company's culture around being customer-centric. You'll work with a small team and a fantastic manager in an innovative and flexible environment. You'll see the impact of your work rapidly as you learn and grow within this maturing team of UX designers and researchers. This role will have high visibility among colleagues at all different levels, providing a degree of autonomy and allowing you to bring your expert voice to the table.
Note, you'll have to be in the office 3 days a week, in a super-relaxed environment where work-life balance is important.
Why You? The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design. You have domain expertise across UX and UI design and are comfortable with service design. You excel at diving deep into design processes, including service blueprints, sitemaps, wireframes, personas, user task flows, task analyses, diagramming, and prototyping. You have a demonstrated ability to think in systems, not siloes. A great portfolio showcasing case studies and a wide breadth of work across various projects, industries, and challenges is essential. You embody user-centered design and user-centered design thinking, with depth across different types of domains or design problems, including systems, content-driven sites, and mobile apps.
