Why You? How you'll know if you're a fit… The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design. It goes without saying that you have domain expertise across UX and UI design and you're comfortable with service design. You excel at diving deep into the workings of design, such as service blueprints, sitemaps, wireframes, personas, user task flows, task analyses, diagramming, and prototyping. You have a demonstrated ability to think in systems, not siloes. It's essential that you have a great portfolio that showcases case studies and a wide breadth of work across different sized projects, industries, and challenges beyond redesigning a website. You embody user-centered design and user-centered design thinking. You possess depth across different types of domains or design problems, including work spanning across systems, content-driven sites, and mobile apps.
