You will lead a team of direct reports ensuring their clear understanding of their duties and responsibilities.Other duties would include:Develop the capabilities of your team through coaching, mentorship, development planning and sharing of your knowledge and expertiseEvaluate complex utility maintenance and operational issues and recommend a course of actionBe a key participant in the preparation of the annual operation plan as well as Engineering for an emergency which focuses on corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activitiesOversee network performance and renewals programs while striving for efficiency and continuous improvement across three waters and solid waste activitiesMaintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersAbout YouWe a searching for someone with proven experience managing external suppliers and contractors and who has the know-how to lead a team.
