We are representing a Top 10 international CA firm looking to grow their Corporate Finance advisory presence in Auckland at either Manager or Senior Manager level.
This will be an end to end people leadership/managerial role with a combination of Transaction Services, M&A and Valuations.
Key Duties Assisting in buy-side and vendor due diligence assignments.M&A engagements across sell and buy side mandate.Reviewing, designing and building financial models - discounted cashflows, 3-way forecast modelling etc.Business and tangible valuations.You'll be working with a broad mix of clients from various sectors and industries from SME, private owners to multinationals.The Ideal Profile You would bring a background from one of the Big 4 or leading Mid-tier firms within any of the following service lines: Valuations, Business Recoveries, Deals Advisory, Due Diligence/Transaction Services.Core experience within Transaction Services/FDD is required.3-5 years post qualification, with the relevant certifications (CA/CPA/CFA) with recent advisory experience within a public practice setting.You'll have excellent client and stakeholder management skills gained from dealing with a diverse and extensive portfolio.Kiwis wrapping up their OEs and looking to return home to NZ are invited to apply.
