Known for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are looking for a skilled Senior Injection Mould Toolmaker to join our team and contribute to our success. Job Description: As a Senior Injection Mould Toolmaker at RPM International Tool & Die Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for building and maintaining injection moulds used in the production of our customers' products. Your expertise in toolmaking will ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our injection moulds. In this role, you will make and repair tools, dies, and other precision components to fine fits and tolerances, primarily for injection moulds. Responsibilities: Managing the planning of tools through the workshop Collaborating with management and the design teams to build cost-effective quality tools Fabricating injection moulds according to specifications Maintaining and repairing existing moulds to ensure optimal performance Conducting quality inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed Training and mentoring junior toolmakers to develop their skills Job Pre-requisites: NZQF Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3) Proven experience as a toolmaker, with a focus on injection moulds Strong knowledge of mould design, machining, and CNC programming Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for design and simulation Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in a senior or leadership role is preferred Minimum of 3 years experience If you are a skilled toolmaker with a passion for precision and quality, we invite you to join our team at RPM International Tool & Die Ltd.
