Testing & Quality Assurance (Information & Communication Technology) Contract/Temp Add expected salary to your profile for insights Senior Test Analyst6-month hourly rate contractWellington-basedOur client has an exciting initiative to migrate their intranet, along with SharePoint Team sites and SharePoint apps (online forms, workflows, lists) from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online. This migration aims to mitigate technical and security risks due to Microsoft no longer supporting SharePoint 2013 and to provide a mainstream-supported SharePoint environment.Their strategy involves two upgrade approaches: Direct to SharePoint Online - Migrate directly to SharePoint Online for identified websites.Upgrade to SharePoint 2016 on-premises farm - Migrate content at a web application level using Microsoft-provided upgrade tools. This approach will be adopted for highly complex websites. The ideal candidate will bring the following key skills and expertise:Experience with full Agile (scrum) is essentialProficiency in Azure DevOpsExtensive experience in Power Apps and SharePoint online testingStrong background in test planning, scripting, execution, and UAT testing/coordinatingPrevious experience working on a SharePoint project is highly desirableExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling the identification of process gaps and proposing effective solutions to enhance the testing processExceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersSolid experience as a Senior Test Analyst with proven testing experience on complex projectsGood reporting skillsKeen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environmentWe would love to hear from you if you are a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a track record of successful project involvement.Please apply now to be a part of this exciting journey and help our client achieve a seamless and secure migration to SharePoint Online.
