Our Information Services team is seeking a Senior Test Analyst for a permanent full-time role to lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for a variety of Information Services-led projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for a variety of Information Services led projects and initiatives, with a particular emphasis on ERP systems testing.
Test planning and design, system integration test execution and reporting ensuring external vendor consultants understand requirements.
Support business analysts and selected business users to validate that the delivered solutions are configured to meet organisational needs.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on ERP systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level, or equivalent.
Proven experience in data migration, interface and ETL testing; web-based applications and test management.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices across functional, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve testing goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make informed decisions under pressure.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Previous experience in a business transformation environment and project management (desirable).
Experience in local government business processes (desirable).

This is a Permanent full-time position with an indicative salary range of $87,615 - $113,385 gross per annum dependent on skills and experience.
