As a Regional Account Executive you will manage a portfolio of Retail and Route accounts to deliver market share growth which is aligned with our channel strategy. In this role, you will negotiate and execute business plans with key customers in your territory, which is primarily across Wellington. You will also work closely with distribution partners within your territory, driving initiatives throughout your area, and with support from the business, you will track targets and results through to a branch level of our distribution partners.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate you have:
Minimum 3 years FMCG field sales or DP experience (beverage industry experience is preferred)
Excellent negotiation and influencer skills
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage sales data
Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of consumer marketing principles
Excellent communication skills, including presentation, training and coaching ability
Tertiary level qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar, is preferred
Valid NZ Full Driver License is essential.
