We have an opportunity for a Senior Technician to be the face of Daifuku on the client site and be the first point of call for the client site maintenance teams.Working with the client site maintenance team, your responsibilities will include,Provide first line response for faults on site during working hoursCommunicate effectively with the Daifuku Operations and Maintenance teams, highly technical and operational issuesLead resolution of residual defects on site once the stabilisation services process has completedAssist with knowledge transfer to the client site maintenance and operations teamsManaging customer relationship within the bounds of the roleFollow Daifuku Oceania and client Health and Safety policies and proceduresAbout you Your qualifications and experience will include -Trade qualification in either mechanical or electrical or relevant experienceCurrently have or is able to obtain AVSEC and work in a highly secured areaEffective knowledge and understanding of the freight handling systemKnowledge of fault diagnostics and processes and ability to fault find working independentlyKnowledge to read and understand control logic schematicsProficiency in electrical diagnosis and diagnostic testingA safety-first approachEffective verbal and written communicationCommitment to a high level of customer serviceTechnically competent using Microsoft Word, ExcelBenefitsEmployee Wellness ProgramFriendly, respectful teamGrowth industryPeer to Peer recognition and Rewards ProgramAbout Daifuku OceaniaDaifuku Oceania is a subsidiary of Daifuku, a global business with over 13,000 individuals worldwide, delivering material handling automation, self-service technology, and intralogistics solutions to our partners worldwide.
