In this pivotal role, you'll engage in product management, business analysis, project support, and BAU IT activities, driving innovative solutions that align with our business objectives."Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive technical analyses of defects and user requirements, while developing and reviewing functional and technical specifications for effective vendor engagement. Curate and prioritise the backlog by articulating clear and detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and essential specifications to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Facilitate in-depth design discussions on API architecture, ensuring clarity and alignment across a diverse range ofstakeholders. Execute database queries and apply SQL constructs to systematically analyse and resolve system issues, and support data-driven decisions Develop and interpret data insights, creating dashboards and reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making Make informed decisions regarding technical design and solution decisions, critically evaluating vendor proposals and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Lead testing and QA activities, including system integration and user acceptance testing, to validate solutions against established requirements and ensure robust quality control.
