Curate and prioritise the backlog by articulating clear and detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and essential specifications to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Facilitate in-depth design discussions on API architecture, ensuring clarity and alignment across a diverse range ofstakeholders. Execute database queries and apply SQL constructs to systematically analyse and resolve system issues, and support data-driven decisions Develop and interpret data insights, creating dashboards and reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making Make informed decisions regarding technical design and solution decisions, critically evaluating vendor proposals and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Lead testing and QA activities, including system integration and user acceptance testing, to validate solutions against established requirements and ensure robust quality control. Provide business technical support and guidance to stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration. Lead technical discussions with vendors, demonstrating technical expertise and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Manage production releases, actively participating in verification and validation processes to ensure seamless deployment. Apply practical Agile methodologies across the portfolio of work, enhancing project delivery and team effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert across various modules and systems, providing insights and support to team members.
