Senior Technical Business Analyst

Travvia is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support our digital and technology roadmap. In this pivotal role, you'll engage in product management, business analysis, project support, and BAU IT activities, driving innovative solutions that align with our business objectives."Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive technical analyses of defects and user requirements, while developing and reviewing functional and technical specifications for effective vendor engagement. Curate and prioritise the backlog by articulating clear and detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and essential specifications to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Facilitate in-depth design discussions on API architecture, ensuring clarity and alignment across a diverse range ofstakeholders. Execute database queries and apply SQL constructs to systematically analyse and resolve system issues, and support data-driven decisions Develop and interpret data insights, creating dashboards and reports for management to facilitate strategic decision-making Make informed decisions regarding technical design and solution decisions, critically evaluating vendor proposals and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Lead testing and QA activities, including system integration and user acceptance testing, to validate solutions against established requirements and ensure robust quality control. Provide business technical support and guidance to stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration. Lead technical discussions with vendors, demonstrating technical expertise and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Manage production releases, actively participating in verification and validation processes to ensure seamless deployment. Apply practical Agile methodologies across the portfolio of work, enhancing project delivery and team effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert across various modules and systems, providing insights and support to team members. Lead the documentation of processes, including detailed workflows, system processes, agreements with key stakeholders and decision-making protocols, ensuring comprehensive knowledge sharing and traceability Team Collaboration: Foster a high-performing team culture through open communication, trust, and motivation, reinforcing collective objectives. Enhance the team's reputation by promoting a culture of excellence and high performance. Engage in constructive feedback processes, actively seeking and providing insights to collaboratively resolve challenges.
