Senior Tax Accountant (Employee Benefits) Atlassian is on the lookout for a Senior Tax Accountant that is passionate about employee benefits. This role reports to our Australian Tax Manager and will be focused on the fringe benefits tax (or equivalent) obligations in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and Netherlands. With a sufficient timezone overlap with the team, we're able to hire eligible candidates for this role from any location in Australia. We work in a complex tax world and make the complicated, uncomplicated.On your first day, we'll expect you to have:Accounting qualifications (Masters of Taxation and/or CA/CPA)Proven experience in fringe benefits tax (commerce and/or chartered practice)Strong tax and legal research skills, including the interpretation of tax office rulings and provisions in tax legislationExperience solving complex tax issues and working in a fast paced environmentExperience with Alteryx or a keen interest to learnExperience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with different stakeholders"I've always brought my whole self to work.
