Key RequirementsTenure in an MSP environment or customer-facing corporate environmentExcellent customer service capabilitiesStrong Infrastructure experience 10-15+ yearsAbility to deliver under pressure, expert problem-solvingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTech Experience:Strong Microsoft experience, Office 365, Exchange Online, AzureStrong networking experience, wireless, routers & switches, firewallsCyber security, strong understanding of best practices, MFAVM Ware & CitrixWindows Desktop or Server OS, applications and hardwareBackup and RecoveryOnly people with the ability to work in NZ will be considered.
