This team is responsible for scoping and delivering projects, onboarding new customers, and works closely with the Sales and Managed Services teams to ensure the solutions being delivered are modern, secure, and aligned to the business needs of the client. They will also have the support of the Project Management Office to ensure a quality outcome for all. You will be an ace in writing Statements of Work or proposals and even better with your communication skills, with our clients.Customer Project FunctionsYou will liaise with the sales and managed services team, to understand the client's requirements and technical roadmap, assisting with presales and pricing, creating a proposal or Statement of Work to be signed off by the client as well as lead technical discussions if required. You need to be great at identifying and mitigating technical risk that could be associated with the implementation of solutions. We also track projects in Connectwise PSA. Have you used that before?Administration FunctionsKeeping accurate and complete records of work carried out at the time is also a necessary skill for this role. You will be excellent at managing your time and prioritising your workload, whilst keeping the client up to date along the way.
