Come and join us in defining and bringing to life the future of work!About the role:Implement, setup, and provide support for modern and legacy systemsProvide documentation of root cause analysis for incident managementWorking as part of a team for BAU support of deployed products ranging from the physical infrastructure and backend capabilities through to the virtual data centre and user facing.Assist with the configuration of non-functional services – monitoring of performance and capacity.Development of System Support information as a sub requirement to C&A activities.Working with industry partners in Red Hat and Git Hub to improve automation platforms across all DDG platforms.Technical Specifications:Expertise in the following:Windows Server (2012, 2016, and 2019)VMWareLinuxAutomation (Ansible, Nexus, GitHub)CitrixSCCMNote: This role requires an active security clearance.
