The purpose of this role is to support the transition to a low-emission, climate resilient organisation, which is capable of meaningfully contributing to a climate resilient region.Key Responsibilities include:contributing to transition planning.telling our story through Science and Sustainability team reporting.help plan the transition, its happening now - including working on the electric vehicle programme and delivering the AT Sustainability Strategy.embedding climate change and sustainability into systems, processes, and policy across AT to ensure consistent practice.managing or contributing to sustainability related information, education, workshops, presentations, storytelling, and specialist advice.Employment history demonstrating experience in the fields of sustainability or public policy.Relevant degree or post-graduate qualification in fields of public policy, science or sustainabilityIn-depth knowledge of climate change and an outstanding ability to communicate this knowledge simply and effectively, in plain English (written and oral).Highly desired:Patience and enthusiasm for telling an optimistic climate-resilience story that makes people excited about the future.Miro guru, In-Design graphic genius, training module development or creative story-telling: transition your creative skills into a new field.Previous experience working in a large, complex organisation with the understanding that big opportunities take time.At AT, weembraceinclusion and fully support building a diverse workplace where people come first and we feel safe, respected, valued and supported, inclusive of our differences.Our values are more than just words - they are integral to everything we do.
