About this role Mo tenei turanga We currently have multiple Permanent, Full-Time vacancies in the Business Support Team located at our Maungawhau Mt Eden office, Auckland.
The roles are responsible for being the first touch-point at our Reception desk, welcoming all employees, visitors, contractors, and clients. This is an on-site role, involving a range of administrative support activities such as managing email correspondence, triaging calls to relevant teams, assisting with catering, ordering stationery, data entry, printing and filing documents, as well as other office support tasks.
Shifts are rotational, between the operational hours of Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Salary range: $60,079 - $60,881 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary reflecting individual skills and experience.

About you Mohou ake Since this role is based at our Reception desk, we would ideally prefer an individual with a customer service background, particularly someone with previous front desk experience. Experience with taking calls and previous administration experience is also an advantage. You will also offer:

Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written. Willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct. About our group and team Matau ropu ake Te Mahau Te Tai Raro is a frontline group. Our frontline groups collectively provide leadership and integrated services to the sector and others, including learning support, education advice, and regulation functions for schools and early learning services.
Our Directors of Education have the lead role and relationship with early learning, kohanga, school, and kura, ensuring they are across all the services provided at a local level.
Our Business Support team provides support to the Education and Learning Support teams in Auckland, regularly working with families, schools, and early childhood centres.
