Senior Support Engineer L3

Join this friendly and sociable team on a fixed-term contract until March 2025. As one of four Senior Support Engineers, you'll be leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 1 to Level 3 issues, providing essential support across hardware and software, managing IT vendor relationships, inventory, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
