We're on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Supply Planner who is responsible for the development and execution of supply plans for our pharma and consumer portfolio. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure we deliver top-notch customer supply and inventory plans while meeting required customer service levels.
You'll be the heartbeat of our supply chain operations. You'll cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and customers, transforming data into action through insightful analysis and strategic planning. Your knack for problem-solving and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help us navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement.
You will make sure that inventory levels are optimum, the logistics spend is controlled and that we are always audit ready. You will manage and maintain the supply planning cycle, participating and chairing some of the review forums and regularly reviewing key performance indicators and reports.
You will be:
An experienced PLANNER - who has worked in a Supply Chain Planning or Inventory role for a minimum of 5 years. This is what you do, what you enjoy.
A PROCESS professional - who has knowledge of SCM processes - MRP, BOM, ABC classification, S&OP/IBP, Constraint Management and Demand Planning. All of the acronyms, you are comfortable and have strong working knowledge with them.
An expert COLLABORATOR - a proactive person who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions with a positive and lateral mind-set. You do this with ease internally across the business and externally with our suppliers.
A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT mindset - where you will have vision to see where we can improve and how to get us there. You are a natural problem solver.
A DIGITAL guru - you are comfortable and confident in the digital space. You can work across platforms including SAP and MS Office.
You will have a NZPICS or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Engineering, or other related field. It would be great if you had experience within manufacturing or FMCG industries but this is not a deal breaker. You will be eager to learn, your attention to detail will be strong and you will be driven to achieve results.
