As the Drainage Senior Supervisor – Planned, based in our Albany office, your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead the leading hands, supervisors, and field crews involved in planned maintenance activities for wastewater and stormwater reticulation.You will be expected to plan, organize, direct, and control the activities and operations of all staff reporting to you, ensuring that work is completed to the satisfaction of our customers. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:Management of escalated repairs from the reactive teamRemedial repairs and minor construction activitiesPlanned and routine inspectionsCompliance with Corporate activities and contract managementActive participation in client meetings and contract reportingNga pukenga matua | Important SkillsYou will be a passionate, highly organized Supervisor with a talent for prioritizing and managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload with a can-do attitude.
