Each week, you'll be paid an agreed competitive hourly rate OR the bigger number from a percentage of your sales.
We have the industry-leading commission amount, calculated on a WEEKLY basis for each of our staff and 10% commission on all your retail sales made in salon and online.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Our new Stylists will have 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour. With a loyal local clientele, as well as our centralised marketing team steering clients your way, you'll know how to manage, maintain and retain your column professionally.
Our new Stylists will have:
A Level 4 NZ Hairdressing Certificate; OR International equivalent qualification; OR 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour.

KNOW YOUR WORTH Calculated every payday, you'll either earn your normal wages OR a percentage of your weekly services, whatever is the biggest number (we pay an INDUSTRY-LEADING uncapped commission).
TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS Underpinning the success of Vivo is an infrastructure of Regional Managers, Salon Managers, Educators and Support Office staff. So that stylists are given the freedom to do what they love - hairdressing - we operate Marketing, Finance, Product Distribution, IT and Call Centre departments all from one Central Support Office.
