Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Salon Manager in day-to-day salon operations
Confident in delivering all aspects of hair services
Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
Support the Salon Manager in administrative tasks
Coordinate and motivate a talented team of stylists
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Address client needs and concerns with professionalism
Assist in the marketing/social media development to grow the business
Qualifications:
NZ Certificate in Hairdressing - level 4 or equivalent with 4 plus years experience
Enjoy training and developing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for the hair and beauty industry
