In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of a diverse range of new build projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as retaining structures.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring high standards of design, accuracy, and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.Design Excellence: Develop innovative and practical design solutions for a variety of building types and structures. Ensure designs are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet client requirements.Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them develop their technical skills and advance their careers.Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.Requirements:Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is essential.Experience: Extensive experience in structural engineering with a proven track record in leading projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.Skills: Strong technical proficiency in structural design, project management, and client communication.
