Technically deliver on structural engineering projectsReview and verify project deliverablesMentor and develop the skills of the engineering teamCollaborate with clients and other disciplines within the companyEngage in business development and team growth initiativesRequirements:
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) registered with Engineering New Zealand as a Structural Engineer, or an advancing professional with equivalent experienceThorough knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and technical guidelinesBroad knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code and design standards for various structures, building types, and construction materialsSpecialist knowledge in earthquake-resistant design of structuresExperience in client liaison, project management, team supervision, and cross-disciplinary collaborationExcellent communication and networking skills, with a keen interest in business developmentUnderstanding of commercial realities and the influence of economic, social, and political environmentsProven track record of professional behavior, ethics, and integrity, adhering to the Engineering New Zealand Code of ConductQualifications and Experience:
