Located in North Shore, Auckland, their office offers a dynamic setting where you can thrive professionally.Position Overview: As a Senior Structural Engineer at our client's firm, you will play a pivotal role in their team. You will be working on a range of projects which could include anything from Residential & Commercial builds, Industrial buildings, Warehouses, Offices, Educational buildings, Retaining structures and Marine Structures.Key Responsibilities:Utilise your expertise in engineering design software, including Microstran and ETABS.Supervise on-site activities with confidence and ensure compliance with standards.Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of colleagues.Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of local regulatory guidelines.Exhibit excellent communication and report-writing skills, maintaining a client-focused approach at all times.Experience Required:7+ Years NZ based consulting experience with a proven background in delivering projects from start to finish.Current CPEng certification or close to achieving this.Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, Microstran).Strong knowledge of New Zealand building codes and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong relationship-building skills, collaborating with clients, stakeholders and internal team members.Why Join Our Client: Joining our client means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence.
