We are looking for a skilled professional to join our newly established Growth Planning & Placemaking team.
In this role, you will lead or collaborate on essential planning initiatives, focusing on long-term community goals and growth needs.
You'll help create future planning scenarios that guide infrastructure requirements and development contribution policies.
About You We are looking for someone who has technical planning experience and would ideally have experience in developing place-based plans, such as spatial, master, and placemaking plans.
We want someone with strong written skills, who can interpret data, make decisions, and present their work.
You would also ideally have: Relevant tertiary education 5 years experience in either resource management planning, infrastructure planning, or public policy experience Able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Be a team player and work towards the greater good and development of the community Benefits and Culture As the district grows, our clients look to expand and with that comes exciting opportunities.
