This strategic role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels in both the creative and analytical aspects of content marketing. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and SEO teams to research and craft content that resonates with SMB audiences. Additionally, you will manage a team of off-shore writers to produce high-quality, consistent, and conversion-driven content. This role will also develop campaign messaging, slideshows, and presentation content that drives engagement across various channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a content strategy focused on long-form international SEO content that targets SMB audiences and aligns with our brand voice.Conduct in-depth keyword and content research to identify high-impact content topics that align with SMB needs and goals.The curiosity to use AI to produce content and showcase ideas while refining it to have a heart and humanity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, product marketing, sales) to ensure content strategy aligns with broader business objectives.Content Creation & OversightCreate sound content and strategy briefs to share with off-shore writersManage a team of off-shore writers to create engaging, high-quality, and conversion-focused content.Collaborate with localized long-form and SEO content creators worldwide to expand Lumin's brand presence in key international markets.Follow editorial guidelines, SEO best practices, and ensure all content adheres to brand tone and messaging.Oversee the editorial process, including planning, reviewing, and editing all long-form SEO content, blog posts, and white papers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness.The goal is to manage the production of 24 long-form pieces of content.Campaign Development & MessagingDesign and implement campaign messaging strategies that align with long-form content goals and resonate with the SMB market.Create slideshows, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.Collaborate with graphic designers and digital marketers to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.Content Performance AnalysisTrack and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, conversions, and organic growth.Regularly report on OKRs, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.Use insights to adapt and evolve content strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.Key QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in SEO content strategy, with a focus on long-form and conversion-driven content for SMB audiences.Management: Proven experience leading and managing a team of content creators, ideally in an off-shore or remote setting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and content management systems (CMS), with the ability to use data to inform and optimize content strategy.Content Creation: Strong background in copywriting, editorial planning, and content development for campaigns and presentations.Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content that speaks to SMB audiences.Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and implement tactics that meet both brand and SEO objectives, with a proven record of increasing organic growth and user acquisition.Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesHealth & well-being allowance + WFH allowanceFlexible working hours and remote work optionsOpportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environmentThis role is pivotal in driving our brand presence and expanding our customer base within the SMB market.
