On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential as this role requires close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.Key Responsibilities: Ensure production procedures are carried out smoothly. Collaborate closely with co-workers. Maintain high standards of health and safety. Minimum Requirements: Forklift licence Good level of physical fitness – this is a physical job Good attention to detail Ability to work overtime if required Team player Good sense of humour Minimum full class 1 drivers licence Intermediate level of skill with technology Reliable Excellent understanding and adherence to health & safety procedures Experience leading a team Experience with an overhead gantry crane would be preferable We are committed to health and safety in our organisation.
