You'll engage with the local community and stakeholder groups both internal and external to support and drive mutually beneficial outcomes and strong relationships. This will require an in-depth knowledge of the local and regional environment, and also the need to work with colleagues across Kainga Ora to ensure the broader national goals of the organisation are met.This role will see you out and about in the community, so you'll need to be comfortable working with people at all levels and demographics. You'll lead the engagement with internal and external stakeholders around our redevelopments and build programme as well as take part in organising and attending community events, often in partnership with other organisations.Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bringIf you have great interpersonal and communication skills and are passionate about achieving positive results for Kainga Ora, then we would love to hear from you.
