NOT WORK FROM HOME.POSITIONS AVAILABLE:1 X Onsite Contact Centre Senior Staff who can work as Shift Supervisor and 2IC to the Team LeaderThis Position has a START Date of 6th January, 2025Please note: Your work schedule whilst supervising will need to be flexible as it will depend on the shift that you may be asked to supervise.If you are asked to cover a shift where the supervisor (Mon-Fri 5pm-11pm, Sat can be 7am to 4pm and 4pm to 11pm, Sunday 9am-8pm) or Doggoe (from 11pm to 7am, 8am or 9am finishes)FIRST PART of your Position:As a Senior Customer Service Representative you will be answering calls, working no Automated alerts and client Portals.SECOND PART of your Position:The Second part of your responsibility will be to be available to cover the Supervisory or Doggoe shift at notice. We are a 24/7/(365/366) Contact Centre.THIRD PART of your Position:The Third part of your responsibility will be that you will be trained as the 2IC and will be acting as Team Leader whilst the Team Leader is away on Leave or away sick.HOURLY RATES:While being trained for 3 weeks you will be paid $23.00 per hour, once trained and in place as a SCSR you will be paid $25.00 per hour.When you are covering a shift supervisor or Doggoe position, you will receive a $3.00 an hour allowance for every hour you supervise or work as a Doggoe staff in addition to your base rate of $25.00 per hour.When you are the acting Team Leader you will be paid an additional allowance of $5.00 per hour in addition to your base rate of $25.00 per hour.For an 8 hour shift you have allocated 2 X 15 mins and 1 X 30 mins Fully Paid breaks. All training hours are paid.YOUR Training:Please NOTE: Training is 3 weeks, fully paid. Hours of Training are as below:Training for Part Time Position:Week 1 - 8am to 5pm Monday to FridayWeek 2 - 3pm-11pm Monday to FridayWeek 3 - 11pm - 7am Monday to FridayWe require:Previous Inbound Call Centre Trainer and Quality Assurance Officer of a minimum of 2 yearsFlexible and reliableHave a strong IT skill set in addition to excellent keyboard skills, and the ability to learn new operating systems.Your typing speed should be in excess of 50 WPM.Team playerBeing able to work Flexible work hours whilst training or covering any additional shifts as Supervisor or Doggoe Shift (11pm to 7am)To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in New Zealand.What we can offer you:If you are able to and are offered the opportunity to supervise or train a new staff you are paid $3.00 an hour allowance in addition to your hourly rate.We give you 15 mins breaks instead of 10 mins as required by law.We pay double time on Public Holiday, if you are rostered to work and if this is your permanent rostered shift you also get a day in lieu added to your leave.We pay for your Lunch / Dinner 30 mins breaks if you work an 8 hours shift.We are an organisation that fosters an inclusive workplace and is a vibrant and progressive place to work.
