An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa, within the Sudima Queenstown Five Mile complex in the Five Mile Shopping Centre.
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest's expectations with memorable spa treatments and service.
This is a permanent full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of $31.61 per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa
Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
Deliver a high level of service to all guests
Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
Ensure client database is kept up to date and is correct
Keep a clean and stocked room
Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Apply best practices and keep up to date with market trends
Receive bookings, arrange appointments, and maintain client records
About You | Ko koe tenei
NZQF Level 4 qualification, or at least three years of relevant experience
In some instances, relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent
Proven work experience as a Spa therapist
Passionate about Spa and Luxury Treatments
Hands-on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body therapies
Experience in sales will be considered an asset
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated team player with strong communication skills
Positive attitude
User-level computer skills
